By registering an account or accessing any part of the u2w2 platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the u2w2 platform.

This agreement is in effect between you as a registered user and u2w2 as the platform operator. Continued use of this platform, including after any amendments to the terms, is considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

u2w2 provides an online gambling platform covering online slots, live casino, sports betting and table games. The platform operates under international licensing and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing body.

This service is made available to users who register voluntarily and who meet the specified eligibility requirements. u2w2 makes no representation that this service is suitable or available in all jurisdictions.

To register and use the u2w2 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the u2w2 platform at any one time. It is prohibited to register or operate more than one account, whether using a different name, email address, mobile number or other information.

u2w2 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit limit is RM20 for all payment methods.

Withdrawals can be made using the same methods as deposits. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM100. The withdrawal process typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the chosen method and the relevant verification process.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For deposits using cryptocurrency, the exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. u2w2 is not responsible for any losses arising from fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates.

Any taxes or fees related to currency conversion charged by payment service providers or third-party financial institutions are entirely the user's responsibility.

u2w2 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM120, bringing the account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to be met is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. For a deposit of RM1,600, the maximum bonus of RM888 is received, with a balance of RM2,488 and a wagering requirement of RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

The u2w2 VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Progress through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform. Detailed requirements and benefits for each tier can be reviewed through the VIP section in the user account. u2w2 reserves the right to modify VIP programme terms with reasonable notice.

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the u2w2 platform:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or carry out transactions.
• Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors in games or the payment system.
• Using this platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Disclosing account information to third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Making false claims, threats or misleading statements about the platform to third parties.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where appropriate.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their own account login credentials. This includes passwords, registered mobile numbers and any two-factor authentication information. u2w2 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised use caused by the user's own negligence.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable terms and conditions, provided all wagering requirements have been fully met.

u2w2 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or as required for compliance with international licensing regulations. In such cases, u2w2's decision is final.

An account that shows no login or transaction activity for a period defined by u2w2's internal policy may be classified as an inactive account. Users will be notified before any action is taken on that inactive account.

The balance in an inactive account remains the property of the user and can be reclaimed once the user contacts customer support to reactivate the account. Identity verification may be required during this process.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, u2w2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or game outcomes.

The platform is provided "as is" and u2w2 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continued suitability of the service for any particular purpose. All games use a certified random number generator (RNG); however, game outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the international licensing jurisdiction in which u2w2 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through the prescribed arbitration process, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
